Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads and close deals
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities through research, prospecting, and cold-
calling
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, including regular follow-up and
communication
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer
interactions in the CRM system
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to identify new
opportunities for growth

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of
success
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of
accountability and responsibility
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage
multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend trade shows and
industry events
