Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the
safety and security of the company's assets and personnel
• Lead and manage a team of security personnel, providing training, coaching, and
support as needed
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and address potential
security risks and vulnerabilities
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, including conducting investigations and
coordinating with law enforcement and other relevant authorities as necessary
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to security incidents, investigations,
and other security-related activities
• Stay up-to-date on security industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and
incorporate them into security policies and practices as appropriate
• Manage relationships with third-party security providers as needed

Requirements:
• A background in the military or law enforcement, with a minimum of 8-10 years of
experience in security management
• Sound judgment and decision-making abilities, with the ability to quickly assess
situations and respond appropriately
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically to
develop effective security solutions
• Knowledge of security industry standards and best practices, as well as relevant laws
and regulations
• Familiarity with security technologies such as CCTV, access control systems, and alarm
systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
