Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures in accordance with the
company's goals and objectives
• Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies
• Manage employee relations by addressing employee grievances, disputes, and
disciplinary actions
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including advertising job vacancies,
interviewing candidates, and extending job offers
• Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee
skills and productivity
• Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
• Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans,
and paid time off
• Maintain accurate HR records and provide regular reports to senior management on
HR metrics and trends

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 8 - 10 years of HR experience in a management role
• Individuals with strong knowledge and potential, but less work experience are
encouraged to apply for this job

• Experience with HR information systems and software
