Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures,
cash handling, and customer service.
• Hire, train, and manage a team of employees, including scheduling and performance
evaluations.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking merchandise
as needed.
• Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed, including safety and security
measures.
• Maintain a clean and organized store, including visual merchandising and display
arrangements.
• Prepare and analyze reports on sales, inventory, and expenses.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competition, and customer preferences.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or related
field preferred.
• Minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience in retail management, with experience
managing a team of employees.
• Person with 2 – 3 years of experience in store management can apply for Assistant
store manager position
• Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising techniques.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Point of Sale systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
